- Check in time: 13:00hrs. Rooms required earlier than this time must be pre-registered, above rates apply
- Check out time: 10:00hrs. Rooms held longer than this will be charged day-room charges:
- Up to 18:00hrs – 50% of applicable room rate
- Beyond 18:00hrs – full overnight rate
- The room rate will be applicable for the group 3 days before and after the main block booked dates.
- The Group rooming list will be required 3 weeks prior to main arrival date that is by 7th August 2011
- Reservations made after 7th August, 2011 will be confirmed subject to availability.
- Payments are acceptable by credit card,(no surcharge is applicable) and wire transfer
- Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of deposit payment
- No show / cancellation charges – equivalent of 1 nights accommodation for no-shows and for cancellations received within
7 days of arrival date
