Thank you for your interest in EAPIC Conference 2010. The conference promises to be a gathering of the most highly respected executives in the energy industry from the utilities, regulators and vendor sectors.
The media registration will be open to working journalists with commercial news organisations, recognised industry bloggers and media websites. Our press representative will review your credentials and notify you within 15 days by email if you are approved or need to submit further information.
A full media badge will allow entry to keynotes and conference tracks. Please note that a press pass excludes all meals, refreshments, cocktail receptions and workshops.
Limited on-site media registration will be available and we highly recommend that you register in advance. We will have a Press table and cyber café that will be available throughout the event, for use by industry bloggers that have previously been approved.
All requests should include the following information:
- Outlet requesting press credentials
- Person’s name
- Title
- Media outlet
- Address; phone number; email address; and URL
- Equipment you will be bringing (still camera, television camera, etc)
- Any special needs you have, including specific interview requests or story angles
- Any other information that would be helpful in considering your request, such as circulation, demographics, etc.
Please note: Requests from freelancers on assignment must include the name and contact information of their assigning editor and outlet.
