Cable Corporation Limited was established in the year 1967 in collaboration with Sumitomo Electric Company of Japan. it is the pioneer manufacturing unit for electrical cables and conductors in Uganda and are the major suppliers to electrical utilities i.e. Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited (UEDCL), Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL) and Umeme Ltd. for the past several years. The quality system of the Company is certified to ISO:9001:2000 by BVQI. All the products manufactured by the Company are certified by Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) for its quality. The Company is well known for its quality products and timely delivery to its customers.
